Merge deps-update: archive polish and dependency upgrades

Archive: the heading no longer repeats itself, ten stories per page instead of
twenty, and /sayfa/1 is indexable in its own right rather than canonicalising
away to the homepage.

Dependencies: Astro 7, plus the minors and the GitHub Actions bumps. TypeScript
is held at 6 because 7 breaks `astro check`. compressHTML is pinned to the old
behaviour so the upgrade changes no rendered whitespace.

Verified rather than assumed: identical tag sequence and text on a rendered
article, byte-identical rss.xml and news-sitemap.xml, browser comparison against
the live Astro 6 build at desktop and mobile, 209 tests, a real feed collection,
and 0 npm advisories.
