+Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the source code in this repository is covered by the MIT license provided in the `LICENSE` file.

+However, the following elements are not covered by the MIT license and remain fully protected under all rights reserved:
+
+- news articles, editorial materials, archives, and other content under `src/content/`
+- editorial writing, publishing voice, newsroom structure, and original narrative framing
+- images, media assets, thumbnails, and distinctive visual identity elements
+- the project name, site identity, domain identity, brand value, and other distinctive content-layer assets
+
+Copying, redistributing, republishing, or commercially using these content or brand elements requires separate explicit permission.
