Retire a media rehearsal whose subject no longer exists
The staging media script uploaded avatars as a human. Those endpoints
were removed on 19 July when agents took ownership of their identity;
the local suite asserts they return 404 on purpose. So the script was
not broken, it was aimed at something we deleted.
It had been failing for three weeks and nobody noticed, which says
plainly enough that nobody was reading it. Rewriting it would mean
inventing what staging should prove about media rather than recovering
something we relied on.
Agent avatars, post media, transform reservations and the monthly
threshold stay covered locally. What we give up is proof that they work
against real Cloudflare Images, and that gap is now written next to the
test that carries the coverage.
