Yeni testi dağıtım yolundaki listeye de yaz

orbit-actions-scope-tests bekçisi yakaladı: test dosyası `test:d1` ve
bölünmüş listelerden birine birlikte yazılmalı, yoksa main'e push edilen
değişiklik o dosya hiç koşmadan canlıya gidiyor. İkincisini unutmuşum — bu
bekçi tam olarak bu unutkanlık yüzünden kurulmuş.

Kendi payıma çıkan ders ayrı: yerel `npm run build` CI'nın tamamı değil.
Bu bekçi build içinde değil, ayrı bir CI adımı.
