Bağımlılıkları güncelle (#73)

## Özet
- Astro 7.3.3 ve `@astrojs/cloudflare` 14.3.2'ye güncellendi.
- Wrangler 4.135.0, Workers Types 5.20260918.1, Playwright 1.63.0 ve
Node tipleri güncellendi.
- Undici 7.29.1 patch'i ve override'ı eşitlendi.
- Transitive `devalue`, `js-yaml`, `svgo`, Miniflare/Sharp zincirindeki
güvenlik yamaları lockfile'a alındı.
- TypeScript 6.0.3'te kaldı; TypeScript 7 mevcut Astro check desteği
nedeniyle bilinçli olarak alınmadı. Undici 8 de mevcut major-pin
stratejisi gereği alınmadı.
