fix: Resolve all ESLint errors and improve code quality

🔧 Issues Fixed:
- Function name mismatch: loadKatex → loadKaTeX
- Empty catch block: Added proper error logging
- Unused variables: Prefixed with underscore (_err, _e)
- Missing ESLint disable for app function
