Summary

Submit a tuned persona YAML for a technical founder — someone who ships product + does some marketing, lives in r/SaaS / HackerNews / IndieHackers.

How to submit

1. Copy config/personas/_template.yml → config/personas/technical-founder.yml
2. Fill in:
   • Short bio (2 sentences max)
   • tone — style / humor / formality
   • dos and donts (be specific — "no 'As a founder...' openers" beats "sound natural")
   • 3+ real example comments you've actually written or would write — this is the single highest-leverage field
3. Test it end-to-end: run a scan, click Draft on 3-5 signals, verify the voice matches what you'd actually say
4. Open a PR

Acceptance

• The persona passes through personas/prompt_builder.py:build_personality_block() cleanly (no missing keys, no unicode glitches)
• Voice demonstrably differs from the default generic voice — drafts sound distinctive
• README for config/personas/ gets a short mention of the new template
