Ok this output tells us that there is of course the feature to start (theoretically) a playback remotely by command, but may it's more restrictive than kodi. Two ideas:

• Check the settings for something like "allow network control" or "network media sharing / renderer -> activated"
• Try the same playback scenario with another upnp dlna tool like BubbleUpnp
