variables/inclusions vs columns/rows #118

Description

@lwjohnst86

Yea, I thought of that too, but the variables word is the trickier one, since variables has a slightly different meaning than columns, and I'm not sure that all the columns in any given data package would be considered a variable. So using variables and inclusions wouldn't be right, it would have to be columns and inclusions, but then there is a mismatch in naming (I feel).

We can always change the names later and keep thinking about naming, but for now leave as rows and columns.
