E2E: EMS and Healthcare User Flows

We will write E2E tests to do the following, in addition to logging in and submitting a ringdown:

1. Marking ringdown as delivered, ringdown will change in healthcare view (in Incoming on Hospital tab, chang from Incoming to Waiting)

2. Canceling ringdown shows ringdown as disappearing on hospital side

3. Editing ringdown's hospital location (redirect) will make it disappear in old hospital's view and appear in new hospital's view
