Deleted lines of code, which makes the %age of covered code decreasing, causing CI to fail. We can configure the lenience a bit better: But if we are deleting large amounts of code, we'll need a workaround. |

We can just use the Django admin dashboard ui to toggle is_tester, since I don't foresee a need for bulk is_tester or frequent changes.
