refs: add Jung2017sans (SANS 2017 autism poster), tag finding group

Found in the SANS 2017 full program (Los Angeles, Mar 16-18) while trying to
place an unrelated poster: B-36, "MVPA testing for co-opted higher-order
social cognition in autism", with the same nine authors as Jung2016autism.

The bib already had Jung2016autism for the Rocky Mountain Psychological
Association talk (Denver, Apr 2016). This is a distinct second presentation of
the same work at a different meeting, so it gets its own entry and both are
tagged finding = {co-opted-social-cognition-autism} -- presentation <->
presentation, per the established scope rule.

Author list copied verbatim from Jung2016autism rather than retyped from the
program, so the two entries stay consistent for name matching and the mentee
markers keep working (Jung and Parelman render with daggers).

validate_bib: 0 errors, 144 entries. The 11 warnings are the known-intentional
duplicate-title set; this entry adds none. make full builds clean at 12 pages
and the entry renders as [18].
