Summary

Point readers of the retired Agent Workflows repository directly to Shaka's live documentation. Remove the old linked banner image, which would rely on the legacy site's redirect. The repository's source pack and consumer migration remain tracked in #857.

Verification

• git diff --check passes; the new documentation destinations return HTTP 200.
• Hosted Lint and claude-review pass.
• Hosted validate fails on an unrelated existing size guard: IntegrationCloseoutContractTest#test_component_owns_the_full_closeout_interface measured 450,359 bytes against a 450,000 byte limit. The PR only changes README.md; none of the measured workflow, skill, or test files changed. The current main Validate run also fails. Local full validation additionally reproduces five TargetMembershipGuardTest failures on both this branch and a clean main worktree.

Keep this PR open until the baseline validation failures are repaired or the required check passes through the repository's normal policy. No protection bypass is requested.
