Exercise the Ruby 3.4.9 workflow inputs after the PR merges. This tracks verification of the changed GitHub Actions behavior.

Changed workflows:

• .github/workflows/lint_test.yml
• .github/workflows/js_test.yml
• .github/workflows/rspec_test.yml
• .github/workflows/demo-fleet-smoke.yml

Post-merge event: the merge commit's push to master must trigger Lint CI, JS CI, Rspec CI, and Demo fleet smoke.

Expected evidence:

• Record the merge commit and exact-head run URLs for all four workflows.
• Confirm Ruby setup selects 3.4.9 successfully, dependency installs are frozen where declared, and the workflows reach their lint/test/build/smoke stages.
• Confirm RSpec asset prebuild and runtime both use test mode, including a cold-cache SSR/RSC system-test pass without changing the artifact consistency guard.
• Confirm all applicable jobs pass; preserve and classify any new failure instead of treating Ruby setup success as full validation.
• Retain the fresh-head PR review-app deployment and smoke evidence separately; runtime version detection must agree with the merged .ruby-version.

Cleanup: no verification-only PR is planned. If one becomes necessary, close it after collecting evidence, delete its branch, and remove its review environment with the repository's documented review-app cleanup command. Do not deploy production for this exercise.
