Do not merge. Throwaway canary for #862: comment commands run the default-branch workflows, so +review-app-deploy and +review-app-delete here are the first comment-triggered runs on cpflow 6.0.1. This PR is closed once both pass.

Review: this PR adds only a one-line throwaway text file (.github/cpflow-canary.txt) and is explicitly marked do-not-merge. There's no code, security, or performance impact. No issues found. Close it once the +review-app-deploy and +review-app-delete canary runs pass.

RetriggerConfidence Score: 5/5

[Low impact] The text-only change has no blocking defects, but the author explicitly asks that this temporary PR not merge.

Canary result for #862: the comment-triggered deploy and delete both ran the default-branch cpflow 6.0.1 workflows at a749064 and succeeded, with every action loaded from the pinned upstream checkout. The app served /, the streamed /server-components page with toggle, Refresh, Simulate Error and Retry, and /rsc_payload/LiveActivity; the delete removed the app, image and deployment. Closing without merging.
