Permissioned Objects UI shows wrong/unsecured Inherited access despite Requires Permissions being set in Security Settings

When viewing endpoints in the Permissioned Objects UI, the inherited access field does not display the correct inherited value. The UI shows "unsecured" value instead of the actual inherited permission level.
