How to change splash image in eclipse

depending on version, splash.png or splash.bmp is located in eclipse\plugins\org.eclipse.platform_<some digits>

e.g:
CarbideCPPv2.7\configuration\org.eclipse.equinox.launcher\com.nokia.carbide.cpp_2.7.0.v201007151415_86
eclipse\plugins\org.eclipse.platform_4.20.0.v20210611-1600
