With many audio or video clips in an edit, the Caption Source popup grew past the bottom of the viewport and the extra sources couldn't be reached.
The list now caps at 280px and scrolls, matching the size and weight popups. Only the list scrolls, so the "Caption Source" header stays visible. Wheel events already pass through to
.ss-toolbar-popup(seeonWheelinshotstack-canvas.ts), so scrolling the list doesn't pan the canvas.Verify: select a rich-caption clip in an edit with 16+ audio clips, open Source and wheel-scroll the list. It should reach "None (placeholder)" at the bottom, the canvas shouldn't move, and rows should keep their full height.
