I noticed this project appears to be no longer actively maintained. I'm reaching out because we're actively acquiring codebases — especially well-built projects that may no longer be actively maintained.
What we're looking for:
- Source code / IP rights (full or partial)
- We handle all migration, hosting, and ongoing maintenance
- Fair compensation based on the codebase value, user base, and tech stack
We're not looking to:
- Strip the project for parts
- Remove attribution
- Shut it down without consideration for existing users
