xftp CLI: Generated web link is missing the /file path

When uploading a file using the standalone xftp CLI, the printed "Web link" is broken.

Step To Reproduce

1. ./xftp send <path_to_any_file>
2. Observe the terminal output in the "Web link" section.

Expected behavior
The link is opens a webpage to download the file.

Actual result
The link opens xftp server info page (/file URL path seems to be missing)
