Summary

• Reject a newer retained insulin collection revision before filtering an as-known query. Later moved, shortened or deleted delivery cannot become earlier absence.
• Add failing-first native-shape and Room/cache/reopen regressions; retain explicit unverified upstream coverage.
• Prepare version 0.1.11/code 12 for the existing APK-only internet update route. No new AAPS patch, phone/server deployment, live meal recommendation, target, dose or alarm change is included in this source PR.

Verification

• Before fix: 37 executed tests, three intended failures. The earlier sandbox-cache refusal is preserved separately and is not a test result.
• Focused: 131 passed, one existing private-input skip; actual pristine RC1 SDK TLS executed in 2.279s.
• Frozen full Android test/lint/compile/assemble: 6793 passed, six existing skips, no failures/errors; actual SDK TLS 2.254s; lint zero errors, 382 existing warnings/eight hints; 8m12s.
• All 1431 Android/release-helper source hashes unchanged during checks; all 7176 compiled app classes retained. Fourteen release-helper tests passed.
• Local APK metadata/signature verified: 39,730,208 bytes and unchanged signing identity. Exact-head CI/main integration and public-download checks are separate gates.

Safety Boundary

Latest retained rows are not a version archive, source/destination/window upload receipt, pump-delivery coverage or historical schedule-clock evidence. These tests do not admit a clinically recommended eating time or enable therapy. Static publication, after CI, preserves the previous public pointer/APK and does not restart AI services.
