Scope
Bump Copilot to 0.1.12/code13 with the existing package and signing identity. The APK includes the reviewed native insulin-form audit. This branch is stacked on PR #28; merge that verified source first. Its minimal uploader patch is source-only and is not an AAPS/device update delivered by this APK.
Verification
Exact-head CI, review, main integration and independent public-download verification remain gates before publication. No live meal-time recommendation, dose, target, alarm, AI service or phone state changes. Missing independent source/pump/clock coverage and prospective forecast validation remain explicit; passing software tests does not admit clinical meal advice.
