[Bug] Step 2: No CodeQL check is performed

Summary

Step 2 of the exercise is blocked: the CodeQL check is not performed when opening a PR.

How to reproduce

1. Follow the instructions of the exercise to step 2.
2. After changing the file and opening the PR, there is no CodeQL check - the exercise is blocked here for me.

I deleted the repo, and tried again. But again, after opening the PR no check is performed.

Problem solved itself by time. I closed the PR, and did the same steps again and opend a new PR – then the checks run.
Seems like a timing issue.
