Align search evidence with the portfolio structure

Reconciles this property with the cross-portfolio search evidence split
recorded in LocalBrain Repo Standards. No new audit: every fact here was
observed on 2026-08-20 and is reused rather than re-gathered.

ops/search-indexing.md becomes the living property document in the shape
the other portfolio repositories use. It gains the source/generated/
deployed boundary, which is unusual here because Pages serves the branch
root and the repository tree is the deployable artifact; a multilingual
policy recorded as not applicable with its reasoning, so nobody re-derives
it; the classification vocabulary; evidence-governance rules; and a
next-review section expressed as triggers rather than a date.

The dated evidence file takes the portfolio-standard name audit.md via
git mv, with its observations preserved verbatim. Appended, not rewritten:
the three console attempts with their visible confirmations and original
acceptance dates, and an evidence-completeness table that keeps zero,
not performed, unknown, and missing distinct. Active validation batches
were observed as zero; URL Inspection was never run. Those are different
facts and now read differently.

.gitignore excludes .playwright-mcp/ and .search-evidence-private/. This
repository has no safe in-tree location for raw authenticated artifacts
at all, since the entire root is deployed, so the ignore rules matter
more here than the usual "keep it out of docs/" guidance.

The search contract and its validators are deliberately still absent.
They are specified in the living document, including the five assertions
that would have caught this round's defects, but creating executable
tooling was outside the authority for this pass.

Verified: hashes, validate, eval, verify, check-links, git diff --check,
ignore rules effective by probe, no tracked browser or authenticated
artifacts, and zero demo drift.
