v2→v3Release Notes
soenneker/nuget-resilient-publish
v3Compare Source
NuGet publishing now separates connection establishment, upload inactivity, and response-header timeouts, while retaining the configurable full-attempt ceiling. Upload progress logs show client bytes, phase, elapsed time, and timeout.
After two exhausted transient failure sequences, each publishing endpoint pauses and permits one recovery upload. A failed recovery skips remaining work for that endpoint instead of repeating the outage for every artifact. Package and symbol recovery remain independent. Shared 503 Retry-After cooldowns, proportional jitter, nested transport-error classification, and two-second diagnostic reads improve retry decisions.
New inputs: connect-timeout-seconds (10), upload-idle-timeout-seconds (60), and response-timeout-seconds (120).
Validation: all 70 local tests and syntax checks passed, including real HTTPS tests. GitHub-hosted CI was still queued when this release was published.
