`onChangeHtml` called when the editor is focused for the first time

Describe the bug
When the editor is focused for the first time, the onChangeHtml is called for no reason.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Have some content set in the editor
2. Press into the field

Expected behavior
onChangeHtml is not called unless the HTML is changed.

Hey @wongk we don't see it as an issue honestly. We want users to have access to the html at all times - that's why if there's some content set via defaultValue, we want a onChangeHtml and onChangeText events to go off on mount. Either way I found some small inconsistency between how Android and iOS do it and it's gonna be fixed.
Of course, we are working on imperative API to get the input's html and maybe text as well on demand - I think that one would be a much better fix to your issue than changing the current logic.

@wongk this has been fixed in #252 and #270. New release coming out soon (today most likely)

Since these PRs are merged and new release coming soon, I'll close this one and expect it fixed in 0.1.6
