[Android] A second finger's tap on a button does nothing while another finger rests on the screen #4627
On Android, while one finger rests on an empty part of the screen, a tap with a second finger on a Touchable or a RectButton does nothing: no onPressIn, onBegin or onPress. The same tap with no other finger down presses the button.
recordHandlerIfNotPresent cancels a handler whose shouldBeginWithRecordedHandlers refuses any handler already recorded (GestureHandlerOrchestrator.kt#L536-L551), and a button refuses one that is neither simultaneous with it, on its view, nor a hover (RNGestureHandlerButtonViewManager.kt#L1523-L1531), the check #4127 added for the handlers one touch extracts. The list also holds the handlers another finger's touch recorded, here the root view's own handler, so the second finger's button is cancelled before it begins.
Steps to reproduce
Render the component from the gist.
Rest one finger on the grey area.
Tap the Touchable or the RectButton with a second finger: nothing is logged.
Lift both, then tap the same button with one finger: it logs its press.
A link to a Gist, an Expo Snack or a link to a repository based on this template that reproduces the bug.
