suggestion: migrating to babel 8 in v3

I think it would be a good idea to try migrating to babel 8 in v3(next) branch and I would like to help with that

I would prefer OXC over Babel.

OXC definitely would be much better, but for now upgrading the babel version would probably be easier

There is now an OXC compiler for Solid 2.0 under compiler: 'native' you can use with vite-plugin-solid

Can this be closed then. I presume we won't be updating to babel 8 since we have an oxc version

If oxc version will become the default then probably yes
