I’m running Core 4.0.0‑beta.19 and UI 5.2.0.
AirPlay playback starts muted on every single start. The track begins, progress moves, but there is no audio until I manually increase the volume once. After that, playback works normally.
According to issue #330, the fix should already be included in beta.19, but the problem still occurs consistently.
I can provide:
a full debug log covering one playback start (play → ~30 seconds)
the volume shown in the Sonos app at the exact moment playback starts
any additional diagnostics you need
