chore(deps): upgrade undici fixing five security advisories (#301)

## Summary
This PR upgrades the undici dependency from ^6.24.0 to ^6.28.0 to
address five known security advisories in the previous version.

## Issue

## Changes
Bumped undici version in package.json. Updated package-lock.json
accordingly.

## Testing
- [x] Verified package-lock.json regenerates cleanly with the new
version.
- [x] Verified Build and Test.
- [x] No functional or behavioral changes are expected since this is a
dependency version bump only.
