Add support for Vietnamese names

Thank you very much for your help! I appreciate that support has already been added for some Vietnamese websites. I was actually referring to Vietnamese names. For example, if the input is "Nguyen", Maigret could also try common Vietnamese variants such as "Nguyễn" when searching on websites that support Unicode. I think this could improve search results for Vietnamese users. If you ever need any help with Vietnamese names or diacritics, I'd be happy to help. Quick thing I want to check first: Maigret searches by username (the handle someone uses on a site), not by a person's real name. You hand it something like johndoe and it checks that string across sites — it doesn't take a real name like "Nguyễn Văn A" and try to guess usernames from it.

So I'm not 100% sure what you had in mind. Something like making nguyễn also match nguyen (diacritics/Unicode)? Or actually turning a full Vietnamese name into username guesses (which would be a pretty different, new feature)?

Could you drop a small example — what you'd type in, and what you'd expect back? That'd help me figure out how I can actually help here. 🙂
