revisit RequirementVerification class

Naming of this class needs to be revisited, as not inutuitive to find. Possibly just Verification? or VerificationSpecification?

Cardinalities need to be revisited as if you use this class there needs to be at least 1
Recommend, (1,1) for verificationUID & verificationMethod;

Also suggest that "Condition" be camel cased --> verificationPostCondition; verificationPreCondition.
