External-property restrictions suppress supplier and release-time fields on Hardware.

Suggested Change:
Restore at least suppliedBy and releaseTime (or document a profile-level constraint) so hardware artifacts can carry supplier and version information. (model/Hardware/Classes/Hardware.md)
