From 13a6aace1180794ba118e171277e4403dced7f86 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Ash Godfrey Date: Wed, 21 Oct 2026 13:01:56 +0100 Subject: [PATCH 1/2] chore(php): update setup-php to the latest 8.3 patch in CI [skip changelog] setup-php reuses the PHP build preinstalled on the runner image when it satisfies the requested minor version, so CI stayed on whatever 8.3.x the image was built with.
