In the recently added Node Configuration documentation, is there a reason it only documents configuring the host port mirror, and not the node port mirror?

If the Spegel is left to configure the mirror, it does both:

capabilities = ['pull', 'resolve']
dial_timeout = '200ms'

[host.'http://${NODE_IP}:30021']
capabilities = ['pull', 'resolve']
dial_timeout = '200ms'

I think something got lost during updating the docs. May have been mixed up with some future docs I was going to do. The changes in #1313 will be a part of the next release and remove the need for two mirror configuration. If you are running Kubernetes 1.34+ already this can be enabled with enabling an option.

Either we fix it for now and then change it back or just leave it as it is until the next release is cut.
