TitleChain Foundation stewards ICSN — Internet Cooperative for Sovereign Networks, an open standards program for human-rooted identity, accountable AI agents, portable credentials, digital asset economy, sovereign networks, privacy, security, interoperability and conformance.

Our constitutional stewardship model is anchored by the TitleChain Sovereign Purpose Trust, a Wyoming purpose-trust structure designed for long-duration stewardship. The mission is simple: funding can support the work, but it cannot buy the standards, the people, their private data, or unilateral control of the mission.

GitHub sponsorship supports public specifications and RFCs, security and privacy review, open-source tooling, conformance materials, reference implementations, documentation, release engineering and public infrastructure.

Our first public-infrastructure commitment is foundational IAM identity-origin access offered at no charge through m5bank.app. Pilot program enrollment for first 100 cohorts is separate through m5member program app, where an eligible participant can enter the M5 activation pathway toward her M5BankofMe account. Free IAM does not require program enrollment, and neither IAM nor M5 participation creates standards authority.

Our first scaled activation goal is to support up to 100,000 women-led ventures. The first 100 will test the M5 Freedom Office reference environment, M5Brain, native M5Agent workflows, portability, credentials and privacy-preserving outcome measurement. M5 is one implementation and testing environment; it does not own the public standard.

Activate the First 100 Women Our first milestone is 100 women activated in 60 days — and the trainers who will help us scale to 100,000. We begin with our own team and contributors. Each person completes the M5 activation journey first: M5-CV, member account, M5BankofMe, local M5App, member-controlled memory, personal AI agents, Freedom Office tools, SOPs, and a business or M5Agent pathway. They then become the activation team for our First 100 Women reference cohort. Your sponsorship helps fund the open standards, security and privacy review, open-source tooling, trainer capacity, build environments, education, and sponsor-supported activation needed to prove this model in the real world.
