[Docs] Update to Hold Charging Description
I've added what I believe to be a more accurate description of Hold charging, based on reading a number of issues around hold charge and puzzling through the source code. https://github.com/springfall2008/batpred/blob/66dd7f3c5351e23bc23c65c1f79402ca03f20819/apps/predbat/execute.py#L178 I believe this addresses #1553. Certainly a lot of the issues around Hold Charge need an explanation from you as to what hold charge does, so will hopefully cut down on future queries
