Is there a way to tell Predbat not to charge when the house load is already high? In Belgium we have a penalty system when the net imports stay to high for a prolonged time. Now I see Predbat start charging when the houseload is already spiking. |

At the moment no there isn't, you could suggest it as a feature request, A similar question was asked yesterday for Netherlands (see q3) #3879 (comment) Probably your best options are to set select.predbat_manual_demand to force the plan to be in demand mode for the time slots when you expect house load to be high, e.g. during 5-6pm when you are cooking, or do something more dynamic based on reading house load, but predbat isn't really designed to operate in real time reactive mode. |
