Solar - Powerwall3 - OIG Setup help

Hey everyone, firstly huge thanks for the work creating Predbat, I can't wait to get it up and running on my system (10.8kWp array, Tesla PW3, Hypervolt Home Pro 3, Octopus IOG and Octopus Outgoing, Permission to export but with a 5kW export limit imposed by the DNO).

I'm new to HA and learning slowly... I've spent hours/days trying to get Predbat working (along with many very frustrating chats with Gemini/ChatGPT)... I'm pretty sure I have everything installed and Predbat is up and running and creates a plan, but whenever I enable it and set it to control charge and discharge it kicks my PW into "Self-Powered" mode and turns off Permission to Export, which immediately stops my solar export to the grid.

I'm hoping I've just got something silly going on in the congfig/apps.yaml and someone will spot it straight away, but I've been going around in endless circles with this now...

Would be hugely grateful for any help; I'm (hopefully) attaching the log, apps.yaml and the debug.yaml

In discharge_stop_services, I noticed you used "never" for grid export. I'm using "pv_only" instead, and I believe this should resolve your issue.
