Static Plan Column Header Row

Observation
A nice to have feature, but useful. When viewing the plan on a mobile device and scrolling down to future slots, the column header row disappears out of view.

Proposal
Update the plan page to make the plan table column header row static allowing for the table rows underneath the header to scroll freely as it works today.
