docs(solis): add a separate template for FB00 firmware

Summary

Solis hybrid inverters on FB00 or later firmware (6 time slots) need a different setup from older firmware, but the only template was the pre-FB00 one, with the FB00 changes as commented-out lines. This PR splits them into two templates and rewrites the FB00 docs.

Why it matters: on FB00 firmware, timed charge/discharge is turned on per slot (Modbus 43707), and the storage-mode "timed" bit (mode 35) no longer exists. With the pre-FB00 setup (inverter_type: GS, solax_modbus "Solis" plugin):

• Charging works, exports don't. The export times are written, but the discharge slot's enable is never set.
• Predbat fights the inverter. Every cycle it logs Setting Solis Energy Control Switch to 35 Self-Use from 33 Self-Use - No Timed Charge/Discharge, and the inverter puts 33 back. The control-interference count on energy_storage_control_switch reaches the hundreds.

Switching to the solax_modbus "Solis FB00" plugin and inverter_type: GS_fb00 fixed exports on a live system.

Changes

• New templates/ginlong_solis_fb00.yaml, taken from that working system:
  • separate charge_update_button / discharge_update_button
  • slot 1 enable switches for scheduled_charge_enable / scheduled_discharge_enable
  • charge_limit
  • number entities for reserve and battery_min_soc. The FB00 plugin's sensor versions of these are disabled by default.
  • grid_power set to sensor.solis_meter_active_power (Modbus 33130), with no invert: it reads import as negative and export as positive, confirmed against a grid CT. The comments cover what to do if the Solis meter isn't at the grid connection.
  • left out on purpose: energy_control_switch and solax_modbus_new, which GS_fb00 never reads
• templates/ginlong_solis.yaml: the commented-out FB00 lines are removed and it now points to the new template.
• docs/inverter-setup.md:
  • The FB00 section is rewritten around the new template. It replaces the incorrect "set Control Mode 35" step with "leave the switch on Self-Use", and warns what GS on FB00 looks like.
  • The inverter table's FB00 row links the new template.
  • The broken gilong_solis.yaml links are fixed.
• tools/debug-journal.md: the Solis entry now records the symptoms and the fix.

reserve deliberately uses the inverter's backup-mode SoC rather than input_number.predbat_set_reserve_min. During a hold (car, iBoost or freeze charge), Predbat writes SoC+1 to the reserve entity, which would overwrite the user's own minimum-reserve setting.

Test plan

• pre-commit passes on all changed files
• ./run_all --test myenergi passes. Its template scan now checks 26 templates, including the new one.
• Every entity key in the new template exists in solax_modbus plugin_solis_fb00.py
• Tested on a live FB00 system: exports now run
