The new control-gate documentation and test keyword failed the repository cspell hook. Add the standard Python identifiers fromlist and PYTHONPATH to the sorted custom dictionary and replace one unfamiliar documentation word with plain wording.
Validation: all configured pre-commit hooks pass on the engine patch files, including cspell, dictionary sorting, Black, Ruff and Markdown lint. No runtime code changes. Stacked on #5513 and required with it.
