When GivEnergy Cloud controls a site, a parked Hub currently has no measured live display feed. Add a default-off display producer bound to the paired Hub and exact physical inverter selection. It publishes complete, fresh raw measurements, treats missing/stale/ambiguous composition as unavailable, and preserves valid zero readings. A dedicated non-retained metadata heartbeat preserves the shared retained configuration and cannot publish control commands.

Validation: 436 Gateway/display pytest cases passed (the fixture-dependent EV case also passed through the full Gateway CLI registry); staged pre-commit passed. Parent independently reran the joined saved-preference/SQL/component-removal/TLS-MQTT/firmware decoder and DisplayState proof. Source review found no high-confidence issues. GitNexus aggregate HIGH spans eight existing Gateway run/reconnect flows; individual pre-edit impacts and manual control-path inspection are documented.

Stacked on #5519. Requires matching SaaS display binding #2152 and companion firmware receiver. GivEnergy direct sites only; unsupported EMS/Gateway/extra-PV compositions fail closed. Physical LCD, production MQTT ACLs, save-to-reload latency and customer rollout are unverified. No feature enrollment, provider switch or production deployment. Per-inverter primary/secondary control and automatic takeover remain separate work.

Companion drafts: engine5524, firmware478, saved opt-out proof2154.
