React wrapper as a subpath export

Ship a thin React component as elder-fraud-toolkit/react so the tool shows up naturally in React projects and searches. It should wrap the existing mount pattern, pass through the theming custom properties as props, and add no dependencies beyond a peer dependency on react.

Conventions to match are in the main package exports map.

Hi Lenny, yes, it's yours. Assigning it to you now.

Four things that will save you time:

1. React goes in peerDependencies, not dependencies. The package has exactly one runtime dependency today and the wrapper should not add a second.
2. Match the existing exports shape. Right now it is {".": {"types": "./dist/index.d.ts", "import": "./dist/index.js"}}, so the new entry should be "./react" with its own types and import pointing into dist.
3. The files array is ["dist", "README.md", "LICENSE"], so whatever you add has to build into dist to ship.
4. Pass the theming custom properties through as props rather than reimplementing the styling.

No deadline from my side, but if you have not started in a couple of weeks, tell me and I will reopen it to others so it is not sitting blocked.
