Two separate breaking changes, only one of which the compiler catches:
- `Message::Text` now takes `Utf8Bytes` rather than `String`, so the
snapshot needs an `.into()`. This is the E0308 CI reported.
- Path captures changed from `:id` to `{id}`. The old form does not fail to
compile — `Router::route` panics when it builds the router, so it only
showed up once the management tests constructed one. All 8 of them were
failing on this and pass again now.
