Started occuring this week.
Same error PersistedQueryNotFound when installing Chromium.

Acquiring new client-integrity token...
Could not find Chromium-based web browser executable: Please set the path to a supported web browser using --webbrowser-executable
No client-integrity token acquired
Error: PersistedQueryNotFound
Waiting for streams, retrying every 1.0 second(s)

Solution

Upgrade my Debian-stable streamlink version from 7.3.0 to 8.2!

sudo apt install -t stable-backports streamlink
