A workspace is where your loops live. Everything in it is shared by its members: loops, playlists, uploads, destinations, smart orders, scenes and the credit balance. Each person signs in with their own account, so nobody shares a password.
Every account starts with a personal workspace. You can belong to several workspaces and switch between them.
Open the workspace menu in the dashboard and choose a workspace. The dashboard then shows that workspace's loops, library and billing.
Owners and admins can invite people.
In the workspace menu, choose **Manage workspace**, or **Invite members…**. Under **Invite a teammate**, enter their email, pick a role and click **Invite**. They get an email invitation. Pending invitations appear under **Pending invitations**, where you can **Revoke** one. Copy the **Workspace invite link**. Anyone with the link can join as a member. If the link spreads too far, click **Regenerate invite link**: the old link stops working.People you invite see the invitation in their workspace menu and can Accept or Decline it.
Every member can manage loops, uploads and schedules. Roles decide who manages the workspace itself:
| Role | Can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including deleting the workspace and making other members owners. |
| Admin | Invite people, rename the workspace, and manage members. |
| Member | Work on loops, uploads, destinations and schedules. |
To change a role, open Members in Manage workspace and pick the new role next to the person. Owners can change anyone except other owners. Admins can manage members.
- Leave workspace removes you from it. You need another workspace to switch to, and a workspace always keeps at least one owner.
- Delete workspace is for owners only. It permanently deletes the workspace and all of its loops. You can't delete your only workspace.
