WalkthroughWhen no emoji is present, clicking the emoji button opens the picker, except on April 1, when the button assigns 🐟 directly. Selecting an emoji updates the document with its latest title and closes the picker. Clicking the button when an emoji is present removes it. Clicking outside the picker closes it and restores focus to the opening button. Tests cover these behaviors, and the changelog records the picker change. Test dismissal without a selection.
Expose onClickOutside through the picker mock and add a test that opens and closes the picker. Assert that updateDocEmoji is not called and the picker closes. This covers the stated no-selection behavior.

Close the emoji picker when the document changes.
The dynamic document page can reuse DocHeader when its document ID changes. The picker stays open, and selecting an emoji calls updateDocEmoji with the new doc.id. Close the picker when doc.id changes.

EmojiPicker is opened from three places: DocIcon (the sidebar and the title emoji), DocHeader (the "Add emoji" button), and the callout block. They repeat the same open and close steps, but each places the picker differently. I suggest sharing that logic in a hook in a separate pull request, so this one stays limited to the header button.
The trigger button seems quite different every time, factorizing just the events can bring sometime more complexity than benefit.

Use a local date for the April 1 test.
new Date('2026-04-01') represents midnight UTC, but DocHeader checks the local month and day. In time zones west of UTC, the frozen clock is still March 31 locally. The test then takes the picker path and fails its fish and no-picker assertions.
Construct the date in local time or pin the test timezone to UTC.

Purpose
Clicking "Add emoji" saved a default icon (📄) and the
emoji could only be chosen afterwards, once that icon had appeared. The
button now opens the picker, and the document title changes only when an
emoji is chosen.
