Add sikui to the side projects

Every Israeli Lotto draw since 1968, put through randomness tests, with a
Hebrew stats site. Linked to the site rather than the repository, which is
private. The name is marked lang="he" dir="rtl" like the calorie calculator,
so it isolates from the English gloss that follows it.
