Add NextPredictor to the side projects

Football match probabilities for Ligat HaAl, the Premier League, the European
competitions and national teams. Listed as a Model rather than a Tool because
there is a real backtested engine behind the site, and glossed with the part
that makes it honest: predictions are logged before kickoff, so the track
record can be checked.
